1. TAKING ORDERS - I will supply order forms that will be distributed to all participants in the fundraiser. Participants get involved selling candles by simply take the orders and collect the money from each customer, and then turn the orders in to your organization. Checks should be made payable directly to your organization.

2. PLACING ORDERS – After the orders are collected, they will be turned in to me along with a check for the cost of the candles. A tax exempt form (if applicable) is also turned in at the time the order is placed.

3. DELIVERY – Candles are delivered directly to your organization so sorting and distribution can take place immediately!
